2020-2021 School Year

While MCPS is only offering virtual learning, KAH in-person programming will be FULL day and FULL WEEK only. We know this is different from our usual flexible ways, but unfortunately under these circumstances we cannot offer: drop in care or flexible scheduling. We hope to be able to offer this as soon as we can!

Before & After Care (Full-Day Care on Wednesdays) 

• Grades: K - 2nd (+3rd at Focus Schools) 
  • *Greencastle Elementary Only: Grades K - 5th* 

Dates:
March 15th, 2021 - The end of the School Year (June 16th)

Rates:
$175 per week

*Drop-in/Part-time options are not available at this time, we hope this is something we will be able to offer in the future* 

 

Virtual Learning Hubs + Before & Aftercare for A/B Schedules 

• Grades: 4th - 5th (+3rd at Non-Focus Schools)

Dates:
March 15th, 2021 - The end of the School Year (June 16th)

Rates:
$300 for Virtual Learning Hub (Full Time Care week)
$175 for Before After + Full Day Wednesday week

 

If you need Part-Time options for Before & After Care KAH has added 6 different options for you:

Here are the part-time options:

• For A/B schedule students: Before & Aftercare for the weeks that kids are in-school for in-person learning. = $175 per week.
• For A/B schedule students: Before & Aftercare for the weeks that kids are VIRTUAL learning. = $300 per week
• 4 Mornings & Wednesday (AMs + W) = $130 per week.
• 4 Afternoons & Wednesday (PMs + W) = $140 per week.
• AM only 4 days (M,T,Th,F) = $85 per week.
• PM only 4 days (M,T,Th,F) = $125 per week.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any sibling discounts at this time. 

Our goal is to make our program as accessible as possible for our families. Please take a look to see below if you qualify for the Maryland Child Care subsidy program. Many of our families already use this program and we would be happy to assist you with this as much as possible. If you do not qualify for the subsidy program, then you are welcome to complete the KAH scholarship application where we can assist you in developing a payment plan.
