Our full-time team consists of dedicated professionals who work year-round to build exciting enthusiastic programs for children of all ages. Directors Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field)
  • Minimun of 4 years of experience in a licensed, childcare facility
  • Directors must also complete the 45-hour and 90-hour course in child development.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: planning and executing exciting, challenging and fun activities; organizing and overseeing the everyday activities at the center; ensuring the safety of all kids in their care; budgeting and purchasing items for the Center; maintaining open lines of communication with parents; serving as final arbitrator in conflict resolution between children; providing a positive role model for staff; working with the administration to ensure the highest quality care; assuming responsibility for the containment and distribution of medications; and making sure that everyone is positive, and having fun!
