These are some of the forms needed for the school year. Your Center Director will give you any other forms needed for your child.

Please have these forms when you arrive on your first day.

Tuition rates are based on the 42-week school year and the number of mornings and afternoons your family needs care each week. Because each family's needs vary so widely we ask that you call our Main Office to obtain specific tuition rates. We'll be able to calculate a customized tuition rate based on the number of children you will be enrolling, whether children will be enrolling in before and/or after care, and the number of days per week you will need care for each child.
